I saw Magic Johnson on tv recently and it got me to thinking if you have enough money, is there a cure for hiv and aids available? If you remember, Magic got HIV pretty early in the game and at the time, most people that got hiv ended up getting aids and dying. Magic looks good which begs the questions, how and why? Is he cured? Does he take a "cocktail" of pills that keeps the hiv virus surpressed? Is he just lucky? There has been rumours for years that for the right price, in Europe, there is a cure. Surely, a cure would be devastating to the pharmaceutical companies that manufacture pills taken as part of the cocktail. Magic makes me wonder whether if you have enough money there is already a cure for everything. Just something to think about.
