ACC Tourney Update

Well, sorry about my dismal performance picking the tournmant for you, 1-3 is unacceptable. Not to mention, both teams I picked for the final, Maryland and GT, lost in the first round.

Today, for your enjoyment, you have UNC and Fl St. at Noon, followed by Miami and BC at 2:00, NC St. and Virginia at 7:00 and Wake Forest and Virginia Tech at approximatly 9:30/10:00.

Leave work early and drink a corona and watch some great games, tell your boss I said its ok.

Thursday's Games:

Clemson/Fl St. - Fl St.

Maryland/Miami - Maryland

Duke/NC St. - Duke

GT/Wake Forest - Georgia Tech

Friday's Games:

UNC/Fl St. - UNC

BC/Maryland- Maryland

Virginina/Duke - Duke

Virginia Tech/GT - Georgia Tech

Saturday's Games:

UNC/Maryland - Maryland

Duke/GT - Georgia Tech

Sunday's Final:

Maryland/GT - Georgia Tech

I think UNC with a less than 100% Hansborough is dicey. Maryland and GT in my mind are two of the hottest teams in college basketball and I think they play their way to the finals with an exceptional and close game Sunday to close it out in which GT pulls it out with under 30 seconds and Maryland misses a buzzer beater. Now, this is a UGA fan talking.
