I was flipping around last night on tv and caught Bobby Flay on Food Network and the show was about cocktails, he has some recipes here
They all sound really good - especially for summer. So, if your in the mood for an after work cocktail or your entertaining this weekend, whip out his drinks, they all look easy to make. Remember too, any time his recipe calls for boiling sugar and water - its just simple syrup which you can buy in the store or it is really easy to make. Also, if it calls for sweet and sour, you can just add some lemon or lime.
