Halle Has A Bun In The OvenAs rumored for weeks now, Halle Berry is pregnant. She's apparently pals with "Access Hollywood"’s Nancy O’Dell. The 41-year-old actress sent an e-mail to Nancy, confirming that she is three months pregnant with boyfriend Gabriel Aubry’s baby. Halle wrote, “Yes, I am three months pregnant! Gabriel and I are beyond excited, and I’ve waited a long time for this moment in life. Now the next seven months will be the longest of my life!” she wrote to Nancy. Click Here For Interview

Maguire And Meyer Tie Wedding Web'Spider-Man's Toby Maguire and his girlfriend Jennifer Meyer were married Monday in a secret ceremony. The couple tied the knot in Hawaii in front of a few close friends and family including Lenardo DiCaprio. Maguire and wife currently have a daughter, Ruby who is 9 months old.

Who's Leaking Britney Demos?Britney Spears fan sites were reporting that Brit Brit was set to release 18 demo tracks before she releases her new CD. Nearly all of the tracks are new material. Kelly Clarkson Tries Touring AgainAfter scrapping her summer tour because of poor ticket sales, Kelly Clarkson is putting her tour back on track and plans to hit arenas with special guest Jon McLaughlin, starting on October 10th in New York. Luda's Birthday BashLudacris will host his 30th birthday in Las Vegas with an exclusive private dinner party named "Birthday for a Boss." The birthday bash will kick off MTV VMA Weekend and is expected to draw artists like 50 Cent, Quincy Jones, Timbaland, Gnarls Barkley, executives Kevin Liles and Antonio "L.A." Reid. Whoopi's Debut Stirs Up The View"Whoopi Goldberg made her debut yesterday on the ABC daytime chat fest "The View", which kicked off its new season with a new host and a new set. Whoopi and her colleagues received a standing ovation, as well as a message of congratulations from New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Then, just 15 minutes into the show she brought up Michael Vick's conviction on dogfighting charges. Whoopi said, "You know from his background this is not an unusual thing for where he comes from. There are certain things that are indicative to certain parts of our country." Co-host Joy Behar seemed shocked at Goldberg's statements. Joy said, "How about dog torture and dog murdering." Whoopi replied, "Unfortunately it's part of the thing. You're a dog lover. For a lot of people dogs are sport".

Stern And Birkhead Plan To SueAnna Nicole Smith's men, Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern, both plan to sue the author of a new book that claims the two men shared a sexual encounter before Anna Nicole's death. As we reported, the book also claims that the two fellas worked together afterward to manipulate the media and maximize profits. Jude Law-Breaker?Jude Law allegedly attacked a photographer outside his London home on Tuesday. The unnamed photographer claims Law assaulted him outside the actor's north west London home, punching him in the face and kicking him to the ground. Owen Wilson Is Back Home!Less than a week after his suicide attempt, Owen Wilson is back at home – and being watched around the clock. One report from a source says, "Owen is in bad mental shape but said he is thankful to be alive. He knows he came close to ending his life, and he is happy that he was saved from himself. He is basically at home with people watching him 24/7." Meantime, movie director Wes Anderson says that his longtime friend is "doing well" and "making us laugh a lot." Anderson was at the Venice Film Festival on Sunday promoting his movie, "The Darjeeling Unlimited" that Owen stars in with Adrien Brody and Jason Schwartzman. Owen was planning to go to the festival before his suicide attempt, but understandably changed his mind. Usher Gets Hitched Again At Chateau ElanUsher and Tameka Foster got married in a massive, glitzy ceremony Saturday after exchanging vows a few weeks ago in a civil ceremony. About 200 people attended the wedding, which was held at a 16th-century-style French Chateau Elan resort on 3,500 acres outside Atlanta. Guests dined in the ballroom and ate from a five-tiered white-chocolate-covered wedding cake created by the same bakery that recently did actress Eva Longoria's cake. We're hearing from multiple sources that guests included Oprah Winfrey, Gayle King, Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, and Mariah Carey. One wedding guest said, "It was a long time coming, and I can't think of any two people who deserve happiness more than they do." Sources also reporting that Usher's mother, Jonetta Patton did not attend.

Are McCartney and Zellweger Romantic?British gossip sites say that 38 year old Renee Zellweger and 65 year old Sir Paul McCartney were spotted canoodling at a concert one night and then enjoying a romantic candlelit dinner in New York the next, sparking rumors that the two are making beautiful music together. Paul has also been recently linked to Christy Brinkley, with his ex-wife Heather Mills currently staying with him in the Hamptons "to make home life as normal as possible."
