If you have spring allergies like I do, this stuff, Nasonex is awesome, it is prescription only, but trust me, it is worth the trip to the doctor and whatever your copay is. Two puffs in each nostril and you are good for the day. If you have allergies, i'm telling you, ask you doctor to prescribe this, its the best.
