Ashlee Simpson on the prowl and drunk at her boyfriends bar opening!

I read this yesterday as a blind item but apparantly Ashlee was so drunk at Pete Wentz's NY bar opening that she had to be repeatedly helped to the bathroom and she almost threw up in the kitchen. So much fro drinking responsibly. Do any of these kids not have a drug or drinking problem? Britney, Lohan, Ashlee, Paris, the list goes on and on. Where are the parents?
