Rumour

Under Armour (UA) up big on possible rumour of buyout from Nike (NKE), UA is up over 12%, there are unconfirmed reports of an $80/ps buyout offer from NKE. I don't know whether any of that is true and as full disclosure I own shares in UA. Do your own research as always.
