Bert dyes his hair

This is Bert from the Bert Show and it looks to me like he dyes his hair. I like Bert but daddy-o its time for a new hairstyle. the 70's surfer went out in the 70's. The hairstyle makes you look older not younger. That said, Bert's veneers turned out great.
