Stephen from Laguna Beach turned 21 and what I find interesting is there is no sign of Hayden Pantierre. I mean Dieter made it. No sign of LC either. Jason's in jail so he couldn't make it.
This is to me is a sign that Stephen and Hayden might be dunzo. Hayden off the success of "Heroes" on NBC is probably looking for someone more high profile.
