FED CUTS BY QUARTER POINT

The fed as many expected cut by a quarter and also reduced the discount window rate by a quarter as well. Fed also did not give any indication of future cuts. Wall Street it appears has reacted negatively coming off the days highs though it does now seem to be coming back a little at 2:33 EST.
