The HOGAN/BOLLEA'S are SCREWED!!
Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea was driving around 100 mph during the August 26 crash that seriously injured his passenger, requiring him to likely need lifelong care, police records released Tuesday show.
Barrett Lawrance — a passenger in the silver Dodge Viper that was racing Nick in a Toyota Supra that day — confirmed they were driving at the high speeds and that "this is how [Nick and pals] always drive," according to the 130-page document released by the Clearwater Police Department in Florida.
But Nick's attorney, Morris "Sandy" Weinberg — who said he had not yet seen the documents — insisted his client was not driving 100 mph.
"The scientific evidence doesn't support anything like that," he was quoted as saying in the St. Petersburg Times.
According to the report, Nick — who has been charged with reckless driving with serious bodily injury and who had a breath-alcohol level of .02 or higher at the time of the crash — told police he was traveling 30 or 40 mph and did not know what road he was traveling on or what direction.
An investigator said Nick's speech was "mumbled and soft" and his eyes bloodshot.
Before the accident, Nick and his friends spent the day on a boat with Hogan.
According to the document, Hogan — who real name is Terry Bollea — bought $78 in beer and ice at Albertson's Liquor Store at 2:14 p.m.
Nick's friends, all of whom were at least 21, drank beer from bottles, the report said, but it is unknown what Nick drank; he held a plastic cup that afternoon.
“The report speaks for itself,” a rep for the Clearwater Police Department tells Usmagazine.com.
A rep for Hogan had no comment.

Oh Jesus!
Britney Spears is four-weeks pregnant with music producer J.R. Rotem’s baby, reports In Touch.
She picks them well!
Here’s their shocking report: On November 14, Britney Spears confided to her friends in e-mails that she was four weeks pregnant - and that she was sure the father was J.R. Rotem, a music producer she’s been seeing on and off since she separated from ex-husband Kevin Federline in 2006. When asked about the pregnancy, J.R. confirmed exclusively to In Touch that Britney is carrying his child.
“It’s true,” he says.
On November 16, she proudly e-mailed a copy of the ultrasound to her inner circle. For all her recent troubles, she seems convinced that having another baby will turn her life around — and she believes that J.R. will make a great father, even though he explicitly talked about their sex life in Blender magazine earlier this year.
“Britney’s not looking for another husband,” an insider says. “But she does like having a man in her life.”
Brit already has two sons–Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 14 months.

Stop trying to pull attention away from your f-ing son!
Maybe Hulk Hogan doesn't know best – after 24 years of marriage, his wife, Linda Marie Bollea, has filed for divorce. Bollea, 46, filed divorce papers Tuesday in Pinellas County, records show. She has been married to Terry Gene Bollea, 53, more famously known as Hulk Hogan, since 1983 and the couple has two children, Brooke, 19, and Nick, 17.Word of the split was first reported by WTVT, the FOX affiliate in Tampa. According to the St. Petersburg Times, a Times reporter reportedly broke the news to Hogan on Friday night. He thanked the reporter for the "great information" then called back five minutes later to say, "I'm kind of shocked. You caught me off-guard. My wife has been in California for about three weeks. ... Holy smokes. Wow, you just knocked the bottom out of me. ... I just pulled over to the side of the road for five minutes to find out what was going on here."
Typical American FamilyThe Hogan family was the subject of a PEOPLE magazine article in mid-2005, just before their VH1 series, Hogan Knows Best, launched. "My wife and I are very intense, very passionate, very loving," Hogan told PEOPLE that July. "Our family is pretty basic and old school, and now we've kind of become cool because we're just as intense as anyone else, but we run a really tight ship." Recently, the couple's son, Nick, has made headlines. The teen faces a felony charge that he was driving recklessly in August when his Toyota Supra went out of control and slammed into a tree. His friend and passenger, John Graziano, suffered a brain injury. In July 2005, Nick told PEOPLE, "We're like the typical American family. ... We're just like normal people, just in a blown-up way."

Joran Van Der Sloot rearrested as new wevidence arises in the 2 1/2 year old Natalee Holloway case
ORANJESTAD, Aruba - Three young men previously detained as suspects in the 2005 disappearance of American teenager Natalee Holloway were re-arrested Wednesday, the Aruban public prosecutor's office said, citing new evidence in the case.
Holloway disappeared on May 30, 2005, hours before she was scheduled to fly home to Alabama after a high school graduation trip to this Dutch Caribbean resort island. The 18-year-old was last seen in public leaving a bar with the three young men who now are again suspects in her disappearance.
Holloway disappeared on May 30, 2005, hours before she was scheduled to fly home to Alabama after a high school graduation trip to this Dutch Caribbean resort island. The 18-year-old was last seen in public leaving a bar with the three young men who now are again suspects in her disappearance.
Dutch teenager Joran van der Sloot and two Surinamese brothers, Satish and Deepak Kalpoe, were arrested on suspicion of involvement in manslaughter and causing seriously bodily harm that caused the death of the American teenager, the prosecutor's office said in a statement.
"The public prosecutor's office has ordered their renewed arrest because further investigation into the disappearance has led to new incriminating evidence," the prosecutor's office said in the statement.
"The public prosecutor's office has ordered their renewed arrest because further investigation into the disappearance has led to new incriminating evidence," the prosecutor's office said in the statement.
Van der Sloot was arrested in the Netherlands, where he is attending a university, and is expected to be extradited to Aruba. The Kalpoe brothers were arrested in Aruba.
All three young men previously have denied any role in Holloway's disappearance. The brothers were expected to appear in an Aruban court on Friday, when prosecutors planned to president new evidence to judge.
All three young men previously have denied any role in Holloway's disappearance. The brothers were expected to appear in an Aruban court on Friday, when prosecutors planned to president new evidence to judge.
The brothers were expected to make an initial appearance in an Aruban court Friday, at which point prosecutors were expected to present the new evidence to a judge. A court date in the island had not yet been set for van der Sloot.
Wim de Bruin, a spokesman for the Dutch national prosecutor's office, said van der Sloot could be sent to Aruba without an extradition hearing and the transfer would occur "within several days."
The three were first arrested in June 2005, but a judge ordered their release, citing insufficient evidence. All three have denied any role in Holloway's disappearance. Van der Sloot has said he dropped her off at her hotel and never saw her again.
In April, investigators from the Netherlands dug around the home of van der Sloot's family for two days without revealing what prompted the search. Then in May, Dutch and Aruban investigators visited the home where Deepak and Satish Kalpoe live with their parents for what authorities termed an "inspection," without revealing details.
Vinda de Sousa, an attorney Dave Holloway, Natalee's father, said she has left a message for the family but has not talked to them and is not privy to the new evidence.
"I'm as excited as the Holloway family can be," she said. "Anything new in this case, or any development, just gives you rekindled hope that one day this will be solved. I know the investigation never stopped."

The Hogan family has come out strongly against street racing since Nick's brutal crash -- but just two years ago, another Hogan was screaming its virtues!ABCActionNews.com out of Tampa Bay, Florida has uncovered video from 2005, showing mom Linda Hogan drag racing another vehicle, with daughter Brooke in the passenger seat. The video, from a documentary called "Vehicular Lunatics," also shows Linda boasting, "I love it. The rush, the speed on the road ... racing in between all the cars, dodging the cops. It's awesome."The Hogan family maintains that speed was not a factor in Nick's car crash. The victim of the crash, John Graziano, remains in a coma.

Lindsey was BUSY for 84 minutes yesterday
Lindsay Lohan checked herself into the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California at 10:30 a.m. this morning and checked out at 11:54 a.m., L.A. County Sheriff Spokesman Steve Whitmore tells Usmagazine.com.
After just 84 minutes — only two minutes longer than Nicole Richie’s stay earlier this year — Lohan received “early release,” Whitmore says.
“She was nice and cooperative,” Whitmore says. “Everything was fine. This had to do with the August 23, 2007 sentence of 24 hours of jail time.”
The actress, 21, was sentenced to one day in jail as part of a plea deal she made for her two DUI arrests. The judge also ordered she complete 10-days of community service (she’s recently been spotted at an L.A.-area American Red Cross center), and attend an 18-month alcohol education system.

Stocks Waver on Concerns About Consumer

Wall Street Fluctuates Following Data on Consumer Price Inflation and Commercial Debt Market
NEW YORK (AP) -- Wall Street fluctuated Thursday as investors grappled with concerns about the strength of consumer spending but were also cheered by data showing companies might be having an easier time obtaining financing for short-term debt.
The Labor Department's Consumer Price Index rose 0.3 percent in October on high energy and foods costs, in line with September's increase and analysts' forecast. Investors are concerned that rising inflation -- especially due to higher fuel prices -- could move consumers to cut back their overall spending and also prevent the Federal Reserve from lowering interest rates further in the coming months.
In addition, the market for U.S. short-term corporate debt known as commercial paper decreased by $3.6 billion in the week ended Wednesday, well below the $15.6 billion contraction seen a week earlier. The Federal Reserve figures appeared to boost investor sentiment about the state of the credit markets, which has been tight in recent months amid concerns about bad mortgage debt.
The Philadelphia Federal Reserve said regional manufacturing activity expanded in November at about the same "modest" pace seen in October. The bank's November business index rose to 8.2 from 6.8 in October.
Robert A. Dye, senior economist at PNC Financial Services Group, is concerned readings on consumer prices and Wednesday's report on producer prices indicate the economy could start to feel pressure in coming months from higher energy costs as well as a weakening dollar.
"This number tells us that we might be concerned that the Fed might not have the leeway we thought it had a few months ago to ease the fed funds rate," he said, referring to the CPI report and the Fed's efforts to keep inflation in check.
In midday trading, the Dow Jones industrial average fell 7.97, or 0.06 percent, to 13,223.04.
Broader stock indicators also declined. The Standard & Poor's 500 index fell 4.83, or 0.33 percent, to 1,465.75. The Nasdaq composite index fell 5.98, or 0.23 percent, to 2,638.34.
Government bond prices rose. The yield on the 10-year Treasury note, which moves opposite its price, slid to 4.22 percent from 4.25 percent late Wednesday.
Oil prices slipped on the New York Mercantile Exchange, where a barrel of light, sweet crude fell $1 to $93.09. Gold prices fell as the dollar strengthened.
In other economic news, the number of laid off workers filing claims for unemployment benefits rose last week by 20,000 to 339,000, double what economists expected.
Investors also looked to corporate news. J.C. Penney Co. reported a 9 percent drop in fiscal third-quarter profit on weak sales and cut its fourth-quarter outlook, indicating that housing market problems are taking a toll on shoppers, as well. J.C. Penney fell $2.40, or 5.1 percent, to $44.33.
Investors also reacted to a Barron's report late Wednesday that a General Electric Asset Management bond fund has suffered losses in mortgage-backed securities. The General Electric Co. unit is offering investors the option to redeem their holdings in the short-term institutional bond fund at 96 cents on the dollar. The losses in the bond fund raised concerns that the squeeze on credit markets could spread and hurt small investors. GE fell 41 cents to $38.60.
Barclays Group PLC fell 47 cents to $43.41 after its Barclays Capital investment unit became the latest financial institution to book a writedown on losses stemming from turbulent credit markets. The business took a $2.7 billion charge in the third quarter but the also said Thursday its profit beat last year's strong performance.
Tyco International Inc. said its fiscal fourth-quarter profit slid 85 percent due to costs related to restructuring and the spin-off of the former conglomerate's health care and electronics units. For the full year, Tyco swung to a loss of $1.74 billion compared with a profit of $3.6 billion last year. Tyco fell 47 cents to $38.84.
Ralcorp Holdings Inc., a maker of private-label cereals, said it will buy Kraft Food Inc.'s Post cereals division for $1.65 billion plus $950 million in debt.
Kraft fell 13 cents to $32.85, and Ralcorp rose $5.78, or 10.4 percent, to $61.25.
Declining issues outnumbered advancers by more than 2 to 1 on the New York Stock Exchange, where volume came to 511.2 million shares.
The Russell 2000 index of smaller companies fell 6.66, or 0.85 percent, to 775.81.
Major stock indexes overseas slumped. Britain's FTSE 100 declined 1.13 percent, Germany's DAX index fell 1.49 percent, while France's CAC-40 shed 0.93 percent.
Japan's Nikkei stock average closed down 0.67 percent and Hong Kong's Hang Seng index fell 1.42 percent.

Stocks Wobble Amid More News of Credit Write-Downs; Government Reports Tame Inflation Data
NEW YORK (AP) -- Wall Street moved tentatively higher Wednesday as investors, hopeful that the worst of the credit crisis is over, wavered on whether to extend Tuesday's huge advance.
The stock market was relieved after Bear Stearns Cos. Chief Financial Officer Sam Molinaro said Wednesday the investment bank's leveraged finance business is improving. He said the company expects to take a $1.2 billion writedown during the fourth quarter, which eased worries of even higher losses.
Wednesday's news followed reassuring comments from Goldman Sachs Group Inc.'s chief executive about its own credit exposure that sent stocks climbing and helped propel the Dow Jones industrials up nearly 320 points.
But there are signs that tight credit is not something that is going away anytime soon. Britain's HSBC Holdings PLC did say Wednesday it would have to write down a further $3.4 billion from its U.S. business during the third quarter because of exposure to subprime loans.
"At the very short-term, some fear has diminished. But I don't know if the fear has been taken away," said Kim Caughey, equity research analyst at Fort Pitt Capital Group in Pittsburgh, Pa.
And meanwhile, after plunging on Tuesday, oil prices resumed their climb Wednesday, raising concerns that inflation risks could prevent the Federal Reserve from lowering rates to calm the shaky market.
The Dow rose 26.26, or 0.20 percent, to 13,333.35, after bobbing in and out of positive territory.
Broader stock indicators were mixed. The Standard & Poor's 500 index rose 5.49, or 0.37 percent, to 1,486.54, while the Nasdaq composite index fell 0.06 to 2,673.59.
Treasury bonds dipped. The 10-year Treasury note's yield, which moves in the opposite direction of its price, rose to 4.27 percent, up from 4.26 percent, the same as late Tuesday.
Gold prices rose, while the dollar was mixed against rival currencies.
The Labor Department reported wholesale prices registered a slight gain in October, held down by a drop in energy costs. The moderation in inflation could be temporary, however, with oil prices surging to fresh records in early November.
A barrel of light sweet crude rose $2.24 to $93.41 on the New York Mercantile Exchange, after plunging Tuesday by $3.45.
And while the wholesale price report suggests the Fed could afford to lower rates further when it meets on Dec. 11 to calm the shaky markets, the central bank did indicate after its Oct. 30-31 meeting -- where it cut rates by a quarter-point -- that it was satisfied with the current state of the economy and still concerned about rising inflation.
Bear Stearns Cos. rose $4.67, or 4.6 percent, to $105.54, after its CFO's encouraging comments. Other financial stocks -- which have lagged other sectors this year -- rose as well. Citigroup rose 92 cents, or 2.6 percent, to $36.82; Merrill Lynch & Co. rose 95 cents to $57.90; and Lehman Brothers Holdings rose $1.21 to $64.70.
Meanwhile, the Commerce Department reported retail sales managed a small increase in October as consumers struggled to cope with a steep slump in housing, tighter credit conditions and soaring energy costs. Stocks Waver on More Credit Write-Downs
