Cingular customer service sucks!

I had to call Cingular when I was setting up my email on my new blackberry and the so called "email expert" was totally worthless. While she piddle dicking around I figured it out. Just add Cingular to the list of terrible customer service companies.

Now, on the postitive, Global Imports BMW in Atlanta has always provided outstanding service, I have bought my last two cars with them and have always found their service to be exceptional from the sales room to the service floor.
