Existing home sales plummeted close to 9% in March. Cause for concern? Maybe. March is traditionally a cold and unpleasant month weather wise and for much of the country this held true this year. The key numbers for me will be May, June, July and August. These are traditionally strong months. If the numbers continue to be poor then yes there is a real cause for concern.
